Ugh. We just did Tabatas on Friday night and now it’s on the board for tonight.  Can I just say that I never knew how hard you could work out for 8 gosh darn minutes! Weekend Workouts!
Just updating here… Saturday morning was a 3 mile hike on my favorite trail (luckily it has been cool and NOT sunny here for about 3 days). Then on Sunday morning it was back to Zumba!
