Oh wow, oh wow. I seriously thought it was a joke when we were told the “warm-up” was 400m runs! Then the WOD was like 2 in one! So honestly I felt like we did 3 workouts in one night. Ugh. Here we go…
WARM-UP
- 400m run
- 1 minute rest
- AMRAP
- 20 minute cap
Uh, yeah, I was about done at that point, LOL. I completed 6 rounds of runs - eesh!
Then we moved onto the WOD…
WOD: ”2 Fer”
- 5 rounds of Cindy (5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 squats)
- 3 minute rest
- 21-15-9 (Toes to bar and wall balls using 10lb ball)
- 20 minute CAP
My time: 19:07 - woo-hoo! I honestly thought my arms were going to give out a few times, LOL. Now off to eat serious protein!
