We were in for a benchmark WOD tonight! Bring on CINDY!

  • 5 pull-ups
  • 10 push-ups
  • 15 squats
  • 20 min AMRAP

I was excited to do this one because I hadn’t started when they did it the last time and I like to see my progression.  So I can’t wait to see my score next time around!

I did: 9 rounds + 25 —- so close! I needed 5 more squats to hit 10 rounds! and I can already feel the arm soreness setting in while typing this, LOL.  Must get a lacrosse ball tomorrow to really roll out my arms and shoulders. The hubby did 10+27! he’s starting to kick my butt already! Now off to eat a monstrous steak salad.
