Hero WOD tonight.  Enough said.  Hardest one to date.  

Around the 14 minute and 20 minute marks I wanted to cry and give up.  No joke, I was almost in tears.  H.A.R.D. mentally for me tonight. 

“BRADLEY”

  • 100 meter sprint
  • 10 pull-ups
  • 100 meter sprint
  • 10 burpees
  • 30 seconds REST
  • Repeat all that for 10 rounds
  • 35 minute cap

I went until time was called, but I seriously thought I wasn’t going to make it.  Geez my body is so done right now.  Completed 8 1/2 rounds.  Hubby was short of the 10 round by the last 10 burpees.  SO proud of him!  Coach could see I was struggling with the runs and ran with me during a few.  The guy who finished first (his time was 27:43!!!) ran with me the last round.  I could not have gone on without the support of my box mates, that’s for sure. Came home, scarfed down a huge carne asada burrito.  Off to bed and then up at 4am to go to COMIC CON!!!
