This is how I felt after getting the email from the coach this morning about Friday’s WOD. Oh and did I mention that my coach called me out and say I don’t have a choice and 1 of my 2 will have to be the Endurance one? that’s what I get for ever opening my mouth about how much I hate running!
Friday’s WOD:
You will do your best in 2 of the WODs you choose below. Pick the order you want to go in as well. Perform the WOD you think you will do the best at first because you are fresh. You will get a break in between WODs.
