You were forced to do the 1 you did NOT pick! and you had to double it and do it! Holy sensei-like trickery! So my coach’s plan backfired and I did not have to do the running one! woo=hoo! I would’ve died doing that one double.
So I ended up doing:
- 12 Minute AMRAP
- 10 hollow body rocks
- 20 burpees
Oh, and I even made an awesome homemade T-shirt to wear in protest of my coach making me do the running. He still got a good laugh out of it!
