So it’s the beginning of September which means I’ve completed 4 full months of CrossFit.  Still loving it!  I’ve seen the biggest improvement in my endurance and mental capacity to push through when I don’t want to.  Strength is definitely increasing too, but I talked to my coach to set some personal goals this past weekend.   1 month goal:  to do a pull-up on the medium band! I’m getting about 2/3 the way up right now AND to do 3 real push-ups without having to drop to my knees.   Coach gave me some tips as well as exercises to do at home to strengthen so I can meet my goals. So I WILL be meeting those goals on October 3rd! Right now I WOD M-W-F at 8pm, but I am planning to add a weekend class of either Oly or Power Lifting. I’m thinking to alternate each weekend as one is skill and the other is strength.  This Saturday I’ll try out the Oly class. Also started back up at hot yoga, which I want to do at least 1 time a week to keep my muscles flexibile and loose for my CrossFit WODs. And I’m continuing with Zumba because it’s just fun to dance around. So there you go, the plan for the month of September!
