
So with the Labor Day Holiday my box was closed both Sunday and Monday, so instead I did zumba and a hot corepower yoga class.
Tonight it was back to the box and when I walked in and saw the board I saw my nemesis written up there… running… Oh how I love to hate you…

I just used a 25 pound barbell for both the snatch balance and the overhead squats as my shoulder still bugs me a little and my coach didn’t want to overdo it and throw up too much weight.
The running definitely got me frustrated. I get so tired, I get so frustrated, the hate speech runs through my mind and all that makes me slower on each round and it’s what eventually caused me to not make the time cap. Dang it!!!! I was super pissed. Coach kept running the clock and I finished at 20:52, so yeah, not that much over the time cap, but if I could’ve shaved 10 seconds off each round of running I would’ve made it. Oh well.
I logged it in my book and the last time I did Nancy was in mid June and my time then was 24:45 - so yay for me! I shaved 4 minutes off my time! woot-woot! New personal record!
