Well, after a week in Orlando and some drama at home, it’s back to business! It felt good to get back in the box and I plan to make the Oly class tomorrow at 10am AND a CrossFit Atheletes Training Seminar which takes place on Sunday from 11-3p. Should be interesting!
- 3 Rep Max Front Squat
- 6 sets of 3, increasing weight each time
- 1/2 a Tabata
- 20 seconds work followed by 10 seconds rest
- complete 4 rounds of one move before moving onto the next
